Tasks
-Lead a multiple-disciplinary team in delivering projects that exceed client expectations while managing the budget and meeting gross margin goals -Lead the development, maintenance, and advancement of your client's relationship. This will include developing the strategy of the account, help determine which opportunities to pursue, own the Go/No-Go process, and influence the win strategy -Champion excellence and client satisfaction, delivering projects that not only meet but exceed expectations, all while adhering to Jacobs' stringent standards for health, safety, quality, and risk management -Driving growth with your client, working closely with the project team for overall client satisfaction from the client relationship through final project delivery -Contribute to the development of a Florida Market Action Plan that delivers leading-edge technology solutions for our clients while also actively diversifying and expanding our client base. -Leading key pursuit activities during opening, middle, and end game, working closely with sales operations -Building relationships with your client through face-to-face meetings and participating in professional events -Lead with innovation and expertise, guiding multidisciplinary teams through the intricacies of project lifecycle management, ensuring every initiative meets its designated targets for scope, schedule, budget, and beyond -Leading internal coordination through working directly with the sales team on overall client strategy, with Operations for project delivery, and coordination on pursuits with sales operations (cost, risk), and with legal regarding contracting. Obtaining and distilling feedback and other indicators that may influence middle-game actions. -Ignite growth and opportunity, leveraging your strategic insight to secure new contracts through compelling proposals, engaging presentations, and effective negotiations, all founded on deep market understanding and client needs

What You Bring
-Strong understanding of project delivery tools and metrics, and a proven history of leading project delivery teams to successfully meet client expectations -15+ years of progressively responsible Project Management experience with Water/Wastewater Treatment and Conveyance projects and municipal consulting -Florida-registered Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within 6 months -Proven track record in developing and maintaining strong client relationships that result in the creation and procurement of new and repeat consulting work -Adept at interpersonal relationship building, conflict resolution, and leading diverse teams -Attributes that include good oral and written communication, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, strong data analysis and technical problem-solving, and a strong organizational approach -B.S. or M.S. degree in related engineering or applicable discipline
