Ensure the new home orientation and punch lists are executed properly, completed and signed off according to DSLD Homes' timeframe
Schedule subcontractors as needed
Inspect subcontractor work to ensure it meets the established quality standards
Maintain cleanliness of jobsites
Provide management, leadership and support to all subcontractors
Assist with warranty service, when needed, including 30 day review with homeowner
Perform day-to-day operations of building homes in high volume neighborhoods
Responsible for controlling job costs, construction damage and vandalism
Develop literacy in building code, construction and technical language, construction materials, construction schedules, construction methodologies and standards
