In this role you will oversee the financial health of a portfolio of projects, partnering with principals, project managers, and senior leaders to set up projects, generate reports, forecast revenue, and manage invoicing. You will monitor project performance through data analysis, manage accounts receivable, champion the Vantagepoint system, and ensure governance, close‑out, and contract compliance while lightening the administrative load for teams.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field and has experience in project coordination, administration, or accounting within the AEC industry. Strong numerical, analytical, and advanced Excel skills are required, along with proficiency in project accounting systems, MS Office, and preferably Power BI. Excellent communication, time‑management, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building abilities are essential.
