Develop skills in business development including preparation of proposals.
Assist with project costings, monitoring project performance and budget ensuring that key dates are met and projects remain within budget.
Delivering projects across various types of structures within the residential / health / education / commercial / industrial sectors.
Provide technical delivery of a wide range of structural projects including commercial buildings, residential developments, fit-out, aged care and educational facilities.
Provide mentorship to our graduates and undergraduates.
Working closely with a diverse client base, responding efficiently to client's needs, including attendance at meetings and inspections.
Contribute to technical development across the structural section.

Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
Strong team ethic to work collaboratively across functional groups.
knowledge of ETABS, RC Building, RAPT, SpaceGass highly valued.
Familiar with financial management of projects internally is highly valued.
Ideally 2-5 years experience working as a structural engineering consultant in the Australian market.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
