- Manage storeroom operation to maximize storage space, organizing and eliminating items not required to be inventory.
- Assist production in providing products needed to perform daily activities.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition, approval, ordering, and payment
- Manage new orders and re-orders of material from inventory.
- Obtain proper order approvals based on policies and procedures
- Provide training and support as needed to ensure compliance with established guidelines throughout the organization
- Guide and control colleagues across departments to ensure adherence to contractual and process standards
- Develop and implement strategies for R&M budget analysis
- Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids to suppliers through RFQ
- Participate in quarterly inventory cycle counts

- Professional or technical degree preferred (2-year associate degree).
- A minimum of 3 years’ previous work-related experience is required. The Individual must have above average interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and develop individuals. Steel wire manufacturing experience preferred but not required
