Description

• Manage accounts payable email communications with vendors, project managers, billers, and accounts receivable
• Reconcile company credit cards
• Reconcile employee expense reports
• Process vendor credit applications, tax‑exempt forms, and statements
• Perform check‑run processing

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our fast‑paced Accounting Department in Patchogue, NY.

• Minimum three years of accounting experience, preferably in professional services
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounts payable practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of interacting with all organizational levels
