Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and user guides.
Develop and maintain ERP customizations, integrations, and reports using SQL, Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with internal controls
Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams to streamline processes and improve system utilization.
Lead ERP system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements specific to manufacturing operations
Train end-users and provide ongoing support across manufacturing sites.

Solid understanding of manufacturing processes including BOMs, routings, work orders, MRP, and inventory control. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP (PP/MM), Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor.
Strong programming skills in SQL and at least one other language (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
Travel up to 40% or as needed to support plant-level implementations, training, and collaboration.
5+ years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile).
ERP certification (e.g., SAP PP/MM, Oracle Manufacturing Cloud). Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and integration with ERP. Familiarity with APIs, EDI, and cloud-based ERP solutions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
