Must be ready to deliver at least (1) existing prepared AIA credit presentation, white paper or article per year.
Recognize problems quickly and provides
Proficient use of computer spreadsheets and design programs for engineering analysis and equipment
Must be able to travel to work- sites as needed or
Must be able to communicate verbal and written instructions/directions to the project
Bachelor’s degree in an engineering
Recommended: 8 - 11 years professional experience.
Professional Registration is strongly desired.
Must be at least a member and on a committee of (1) trade specific organization (ASHRAE, ASPE, AIA, etc).
