  • Provide strategic guidance on SAP MM best practices, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformations.
  • Design and configure MM functionalities including procurement, inventory management, invoice verification, pricing, and subcontracting.
  • Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, reports, and enhancements.
  • Conduct system assessments, gap analysis, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Lead SAP MM solution design, architecture, and end-to-end implementation.
  • Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules such as SD, PP, PM, WM/EWM, and FI/CO.
  • Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS, Integration) for solution delivery.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design optimized SAP solutions.
  • Provide post-implementation support, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor consultants/junior team members during projects.
  • Oversee data migration, master data governance, and cutover activities.

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Architect / Senior Consultant to lead solution design, implementation, and optimization in the Materials Management (MM) domain. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP MM, strong integration knowledge with other SAP modules, and the ability to architect scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

  • Excellent understanding of business processes in procurement, inventory management, subcontracting, vendor management, and invoice processing.
  • Ability to lead offshore/onsite teams and guide junior consultants.
  • Hands-on experience with data migration and master data governance.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in leading blueprinting workshops and driving solution design.
  • Experience in Agile / DevOps environments.
  • Strong integration knowledge with SD, PP, PM, WM/EWM, and FI/CO modules.
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
  • 8+ years of hands-on SAP MM experience, with at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong expertise in SAP MM configuration and solution architecture.
  • Exposure to Ariba, SRM, or Coupa.
  • Proven knowledge of S/4HANA MM (Procurement, Inventory, and Fiori apps).
  • Good understanding of business rules, tax procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • SAP Certification in MM or S/4HANA Procurement.
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Business Management.
