Assist with new employee sign ups, basic personnel administration activities, and general administration.
Distribute payroll.
Administer and prepare weekly payroll and verify time reports to ensure accuracy.
Prepare the preparation of pay estimates, cost reports, etc.
Perform additional assignments per supervisor’s direction.
Train new payroll employees.
Assist with preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual closing statements, reports, and invoices.
Assist with monitoring subcontractor costs and issuance of back charges.
Prepare controls and merge with other data required for preparation of payroll.
Prepare control documents for use in reconciling one or more of the following: payroll, payables, and receivables transactions.
