Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field and have 3‑5 years of experience in performance management, business analysis, or operations. Required skills include proficiency in Power BI, experience with work‑order management systems such as Corrigo, strong analytical and communication abilities, and advanced Excel; preferred qualifications add facilities‑management experience, automation tools, and SQL or Python knowledge.
