Key duties include maintaining up‑to‑date TaskRay/Salesforce PTP processes, providing feedback on SharePoint, the Greystar portal and training materials, and collaborating with operations and support leaders to implement new transition procedures. The manager mentors regional property‑transitions coordinators, manages relationships with client services, vendors and internal teams, oversees Salesforce ticket resolution with IT, and delivers regular status and summary reports to leadership. Administrative support such as expense reporting, scheduling and document preparation is also provided.
The Property Transitions Manager role requires experience in transitions and is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the property‑transitions process (PTP) in Salesforce, including addition build‑out. The manager continuously evaluates regional processes, identifies improvement opportunities, and works to streamline workflows for greater success.
Compensation consists of a base salary with eligibility for quarterly or annual bonus programs depending on corporate or onsite placement.
