- Partner with Design & Construction teams to evaluate and mitigate potential hazards in new facility projects and terminal improvements.
- Collaborate with user groups to ensure EHS compliance in construction support activities.
- Timely project reviews and hazard mitigation
- Review construction requests with stakeholders to identify operational risks and safety hazards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS into daily operations and drive best practices.
- Streamlined upstream processes improving EHS compliance
- Develop and implement programs to support Design & Construction staff with interpreting and maintaining EHS requirements.
- Coordinate with Labs EHS team to integrate new labs and high-hazard operations into tracking/audit systems.
- Provide client-specific deliverables, such as project safety reviews, risk assessments, EHS compliance documentation, training and guidance materials, onboarding protocols and auditing program integration.

- Experience with 5S programs and developing safety training materials.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations (CAA, RCRA, CWA).
- Experience in emergency response and workers compensation case management.
- Certification such as ASP, CSP, NEBOSH, CIH, or CHMM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Understanding blueprints, technical drawings, architectural plans and schematics
- 7+ years’ experience in EHS support, preferably in the aerospace sector.
- Effective compliance integration
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in matters involving security and personnel issues.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
- This role requires strong technical knowledge of EHS requirements and excellent collaboration skills to ensure safety is built into facility projects from conception through completion.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in industrial hygiene, occupational health, environmental engineering, or related field.
