Complete administrative tasks including but not limited to time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation
Follow all safety standards and attend required safety training. A high degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety.
Perform more complex commissioning and system diagnostics from system-level controllers to end devices (i.e., sensors, actuators, etc.) and complete all required commissioning documentation

Diagnoses and repairs complex electronic control system malfunctions requiring extensive knowledge of a variety of electronic or digital control systems, and the ability to test and write modifications in HVAC systems software.
Generally required knowledge includes HVAC control systems, low voltage electrical, facilities management systems, site preparation, peripheral equipment installation, and servicing techniques
Ability to explain technical information to technical and non-technical people.
PC experience is required and the ability to program HVAC-related software.
2-year degree in electronics, mechanical systems, automation, or a similar field, plus at least 3-5 years of industry experience or experience in servicing electromechanical systems in the HVAC industry
Effective interpersonal skills to properly represent Johnson Controls to customers and other outside contacts in an ethical and professional manner
