- Apply Python scripting and AI/ML tools to enhance financial reporting, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
- Implement training and change management programs to ensure adoption of new systems and processes.
- Drive process transformation across AP, AR, payroll, treasury, and shared services.
- Develop and implement scalable enterprise finance data models and standardized KPIs.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, aligning transformation with growth and profitability objectives.
- Build advanced dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to provide visibility into profitability, cash flow, and cost drivers.
- Partner with finance and technology leaders to build a digital-first finance function.
- Design and optimize finance data architecture, data warehouses, and reporting capabilities.
- Manage and develop a team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Lead end-to-end finance systems strategy, including ERP, EPM, and automation solutions.

- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
- Proven track record with ERP/EPM implementations and finance system architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Experience with Python and AI/ML applications in finance.
- 10+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or consulting experience, with at least 5 years leading finance transformation initiatives in a global setting.
- Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong expertise in data warehousing, ETL tools, KPI design, and performance measurement frameworks.
