

Fabricates, constructs and maintains steel water storage tanks and towers.
The role requires a thorough understanding of Maguire’s products and services, professional and friendly delivery to internal and external customers, and the ability to create rapport that provides personalized service. The specialist assists customers with inquiries and problem resolution, follows established policies, tracks and analyzes interactions to identify errors and improvement opportunities, and uses insights to help other departments develop new products, marketing plans, and engagement strategies while documenting all account activities.
Successful candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Employee Relations, or a related field, or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience. They must be passionate about direct customer contact, possess strong written and oral communication, computer and listening skills, and be able to meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate across multiple teams. A fast‑learning, proactive problem‑solver who embraces change and consistently puts themselves in the customer’s shoes is essential.
The position is primarily office‑based with occasional interaction with the fabrication shop. It involves frequent sitting, squatting, talking, and hearing, as well as constant use of hands for handling tools or controls, occasional lifting of up to 50 lb, and specific vision requirements. Employees must adhere to Maguire Iron’s PPE policy and safety programs while maintaining a sustained pace and quality of work.
