Field Trainer - Install Ops CSL Required (Travel-Based)

As a CSL-Certified Field Technician at Window Nation, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing precise project measurements and completing essential post-sale services. Your expertise and attention to detail will directly contribute to our reputation for outstanding quality and customer care.

• Maintains service parts inventory and equipment
• Ensures orders meet required installation specifications; ensures comprehensive purchase order, including material and labor requirements
• Completes service assessments; identifies needed services, materials, and labor to relevant stakeholders
• Executes change order specifications
• Supports pricing process by providing accurate measurements and assessments for labor/materials
• Reviews installation project/process with customers
• Visits residential customer sites to measure each window, door, sliding glass door opening as needed
• Anticipates roadblocks that could impact customer expectations, job costs and/or code performance; recommend solutions

We're HIRING IMMEDIATELY for a CSL-Certified Field Technician to join our team, supporting the Boston, MA, and New Haven-Milford, CT metro areas, including surrounding communities such as Norwood, MA, Wallingford, CT, and Hartford, CT.

In this role, you'll travel regularly within these regions and occasionally nationwide, so flexibility and comfort with travel are essential.

• Maintains Construction Supervisor License (CSL)*
• Superior time and project management skills
• 2+ years professional experience measuring replacement windows
• Maintains a substantive knowledge of product, install techniques, and construction basics
• Fulfills service appointment specifications
• Ability to navigate a CRM system (i.e., SalesForce, Dynamics, Microsoft systems)
• 2+ years professional experience installing/repairing windows, roofing, siding, and related home improvement projects
• Knowledge of local permit/license/historical/HOA requirements
• Capability to navigate various applications on an iPad
• Valid Driver’s License; and driving record that meets company’s insurance standards
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Construction Supervisor License (CSL)**
• Must be able to pass EPA certification and follow EPA Regulations
• Ability to use an extension ladder in a safe manner to measure windows and perform services
