What you would be doing

- To achieve the target contributions in accordance with the contract documents and programme, to the full satisfaction of the Client and their representatives
- As required, you will be expected to be in a working capacity directly involved in the repair, refurbishment, maintenance or building of properties in which our projects are involved. To manage and work alongside Trades
- Monitor orders and deliveries to ensure that all materials are available when required in conjunction with the Site Manager
- Assist with the execution and completion of the Contract works or part there of in accordance with the agreed plan and program
- Agree with Senior Site staff the long- and short-term objectives for site progress, and progress recorded on standard company records
- Supervise works being carried out on sites by directly employed labour, subcontractors, or a combination of both

- Ability to competently operate MS office (Word & Excel)
- Current and valid UK driving license
- Read and understand Specification, Drawings, Preliminaries, Preambles and Contract Documentation
- Understanding of local government construction (refurb / New Build) projects
- Previous trades / labour experience
- Previous Site Supervisor experience
