Last-Mile Quality Officer

Description

The Delivery Quality Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the delivery process on the ground, accompanying drivers to ensure all products are handled, transported, and delivered according to company standards. The role ensures that each delivery meets the required quality, accuracy, and customer service expectations, aiming to provide a seamless and satisfying experience for every customer

• Visit client homes with store personnel for quality checks and repairs where appropriate and approved by the Customer Care Team.
• Timely and effective completion/achievement of assigned work/targets Maintain HSE practices in the working environment at all times to minimize the opportunity of damaged stock, and to reduce the risk of injury to self and colleagues. Contribute a

• Work in tandem with third party carriers to ensure a high quality of delivery and customer service. Promote a strong sense of teamwork and culture of respect by working together safely, effectively, respectfully and efficiently with all associates.

Requirements

• Carpentry Experience is required
• Excellent to Fluent English
• Must have excellent customer Service
• Delivery Experience is required
• High school certificate
• 1-2 years’ industry experience
