Maintain full budgetary accountability, ensuring costs for equipment, payroll, materials, and subcontractors are controlled within agreed budgets.
Provide leadership, motivation, and direction to a small team of technicians/operatives.
Represent the client in meetings, ensuring clear communication and professional conduct.
Oversee helpdesk operations, maintenance teams, and third-party contractors.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client and Anabas Business Support Centre.
Serve as the technical reference point for maintenance activities, permits, compliance, and health & safety.
Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved, driving service quality and improvements.
Proactively manage risks by conducting audits and coordinating with subcontractors, landlords, and regulatory bodies.

5+ years
Leadership skills with experience motivating and managing small technical teams.
Proven track record in managing Mechanical & Electrical services within a facilities management or corporate environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience with senior executives.
Ability to remain calm and deliver results under pressure.
Strong IT and report writing skills.
C&G Parts 1 & 2 (or equivalent/exceeds) IET Wiring and Installation C&G 2391 Test & Inspection BS 7671:2001 for inspection, testing & certification
Technical qualifications (preferred but not always essential, subject to client approval)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Building Services or a related industry.
