Experience mobilising personnel to Rio Tinto and BHP sites (preferred)
Good understanding of mine site and construction industry requirements
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects while maintaining high service standards
Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven experience in a fast-paced mobilisation or logistics role
Ability to build strong relationships with on-site Managers, Superintendents, and Project Managers
Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to perform under pressure
Good understanding of position-specific qualifications and compliance requirements.
