Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy tailored to the unique needs of manufacturing environments, including unionized and non-unionized facilities
Represent the region in global security forums and contribute to enterprise-wide initiatives
Monitor regional threat landscapes and regulatory developments to proactively address emerging risks
Collaborate with plant leadership, HR, Legal, and Labor Relations to ensure consistent and compliant security practices across all sites
Lead and mentor a regional team of security professionals and manage third-party security providers
Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with OSHA, DHS, and other relevant federal, state, and local regulations
Lead crisis management and emergency response planning, including drills and training

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in corporate or industrial security, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Police Academy graduates with at least 10 years of progressive experience in corporate or industrial security will also be considered as meeting the educational equivalency requirement.
Proven experience managing security operations in both unionized and non-unionized manufacturing environments.
Candidates with a minimum of 18 years of progressive experience in Security Operations will be considered as having met the educational equivalency requirement in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
