

HDR provides architecture, engineering, environmental, and construction services for infrastructure projects.
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator creates visual concepts—including graphics, illustrations, logos, and layouts—to effectively convey messages, collaborates closely with the Global Marketing & Communications team and other designers, and manages multiple design projects while maintaining high‑quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Key duties involve supporting the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, implementing global strategies with internal stakeholders, using InDesign to craft interactive documents, updating SharePoint and the Visual Asset Library, leveraging marketing automation for newsletters and invitations, and partnering with engineers, architects, and other experts to develop content across various channels.
Candidates must have at least three to five years of relevant industry experience, strong written and verbal communication, excellent organizational and time‑management skills, a client‑service orientation, self‑starter attitude, familiarity with GDPR and social media tools, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to the employee‑owned culture; a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and consulting or agency experience are preferred.
