We are seeking a Business Excellence Manager to serve as a key partner to our Leadership team for the Raised Access Floors & U-Flex Data Center Solutions – Ceilings at Unitile. This is a high-impact role that involves shaping business strategies, strengthening global sales operations, and ensuring seamless organizational execution.
Prepare high-level strategy decks, business performance presentations, GTM documents, and decision briefs for internal and leadership meetings.
Ability to build and scale distribution and channel networks
Leadership and people management with team mentoring abilities
Expertise in sales operations, process optimization, and performance frameworks
Any additional certification in Sales, Business Strategy, or Leadership is a plus
Proven track record in managing global or multi-region market
Strong business and strategic planning capability
High ownership, execution mindset, and attention to detail
Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills
MBA or equivalent degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or Operations).
Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and dealer networks
