Experience working in a matrix organisation with solid and dotted line reporting relationships
Relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive knowledge of human resources management issues and relevant legislation, regulations, policies and systems and industry trends.
Experience working as a member of a project/program leadership team.
Experience in the delivery of operational P&C activities to business in several major categories: P&C policies and procedures, P&C systems and process, management of employee and industrial relations, talent management, learning, performance management and remuneration programs.
