Manage the leasing and renewal process from start to finish while following all regulatory guidelines
Ensuring compliance with all Fair Housing and EPA laws and regulations as well as government programs.
Assist with advising residents on rent collection options and basic process questions.
Maintain maximum occupancy of properties by achieving or succeeding relevant operational metrics
Schedule and perform apartment move-ins and move-outs to ensure readiness for new residents
Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook
Incorporate learnings from fellow team members into your personal growth and development
Tour and present the property and available units with prospective residents. Follow up with and track all prospective residents’ information to drive the leasing process
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service
Be responsible and accountable for own actions and reactions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with residents by addressing and responding to requests, questions and concerns, making referrals to manager or maintenance team members as appropriate.
Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of the company
Conduct property, building walks (interiors and exteriors), and unit walks/inspections to help ensure the attractive appearance, including picking up trash and reporting maintenance needs.

Prior experience in property management or a related industry is preferred, but not required
