Coordinate with construction teams to satisfy the various SHE requirements.
Carry out monthly reviews of all safety aspects including reports on all accidents, apprehended accidents and actions proposed to prevent further occurrences.
Ensure fulfilment of all statutory safety, health, and environment (SHE) requirements.
Suggest measures for improving welfare amenities in the construction site and other miscellaneous aspects of safety, health and welfare in building or other construction work.
Monitor contractor activities with goal of minimizing adverse effects on public safety, traffic, residential and commercial activity, and the environment.
Review safety committee meeting minutes and recommend action against persons/sub-contractors for on-compliance, if any.
Review Client’s safety policies & practices and ensure adherence.
Go round the construction sites with a view to check unsafe practices and detect unsafe conditions and to suggest remedial measures.
Coordinate with National Highway authorities on safety where they plan flyovers on alignment common with that of Client.
Prepare SHE management & monitoring plan.
Monitor the adequacy of the contractor SHE plan and ensure its implementation during construction.
