The supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behavior whilst on duty
Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
Ensuring that a best-in-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the worksite / building
Monitoring of all cleaning activities
Communicating with management
Lift, bend, squat, and stretch to move boxes, parcels, and shipments
Resolve any complaints and conflicts
Quickly resolving disputes between staff
Climb small to medium flights of stairs multiple times a day
Training new employees
Maintaining good relationships with customer
Keeping track of inventory, ordering of cleaning materials / supplies and equipment
Filling in / General Cleaning as needed
Reviewing work schedules
Conduct worksite inspections
Lift boxes and packages weighing up to 60 pounds

High School Graduate or higher preferred
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
Time management - organizing, planning, and prioritizing
Must have good interpersonal attributes. That is to say, the supervisor must be someone that gets along easily with people (easily approachable)
Previous experience in managing a team
Must be outstanding when it comes to organization and coordination of both humans and their activities
Team player with a positive attitude and ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team
