Oversee a major social housing contract, handling client relations, service delivery & sales.

Tasks

-Coordinate with and support the store/branch network at Travis Perkins Managed Services customer supply locations -Responsible for the full operational delivery of the contract and will work closely with Customer Operations Manager and a Business Coordinator to support this. -Work closely with the operational team to deliver best in class customer service -Responsible for the P&L -Identify and deliver further sales opportunities with the client.This includes the delivery of sales opportunities for other Group brands, Tool Hire, Benchmarx etc.
