Strong skill-set with Microsoft® Office, particularly Excel
5-10 years facilities design or building commissioning experience
BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Architectural Engineering related degree
PE License, preferred
Ability to travel up to 30% annually
Experience with monitoring-based commissioning software (i.e. CopperTree, SkyFoundry)
LEED® Green Associate or Accredited Professional, preferred
Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
