Write, edit, and organize content and graphics for marketing pursuits and promotional materials, including digital communications
Update and maintain marketing materials such as project sheets, case studies, resumes, and copy databases
Conduct client and new project opportunity research to support strategic marketing pursuits
Assist with business development tracking, including data entry in the CRM system (Deltek Vantagepoint)
Manage and organize imagery and graphics within DAHLIN’s Digital Asset Management system (OpenAsset)
Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, and content across pursuits and marketing communications in alignment with DAHLIN’s Brand Book and graphic standards
Support the Marketing Team and Project Managers/Principals in developing winning proposals, statements of qualifications, and interview presentations
Coordinate trade show materials and equipment and attend events as required
Coordinate marketing and company events, including planning, logistics, setup, and takedown (e.g., market sector strategic planning, PCBC party, art show, annual company meeting)
Support social media initiatives, coordinating relevant messaging and graphics as needed

Graphic design experience strongly preferred
Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industry highly desirable
2–3+ years of related industry experience in the A/E/C field preferred (not required)
Adaptable personality with a strong sense of urgency
Exceptional grammar, proofreading, and editing abilities
Professional demeanor with the ability to present a positive image of DAHLIN consistent with our brand
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field
