Maintain prevailing wage processes, including ensuring reporting and documentation are in line with State, Federal, and job site/client requirements
Ensure payroll deductions, including benefits, are accurate and up to date and aligned with employer contributions
Assistance in general HR administrative duties including updating data in the HRIS, benefit portal, and running reports to assist with KPI reporting
Work with auditors to ensure project requirements are met including reviewing auditor reports for accuracy and issuing corrections when necessary
Review weekly timesheets, communicate with team members to ensure completion, and run final payroll – solving for any discrepancies or inaccuracies that may occur on a weekly basis
