In your role as Product Owner, you will own the end-to-end definition and delivery of a product release from start to product release. Translate market needs into a clear Release Backlog, orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure compliant, secure, and on-time delivery with measurable quality and cost outcomes.
Conduct workshops to develop product architecture, UI concepts, and usability.
Make or buy decisions; manage supplier selection and procurement coordination.
Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog; ensure clarity of user stories and technical stories.
Perform risk management and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
Define product requirements (not increments), scope, and timelines in alignment with the roadmap.
Co-ordinate change management , training and roll-out readiness across locations
Ensure InfoSec, data privacy and Quality Gates are met
Organize development infrastructure and plan team training.

You have strong communication and motivation skills as well as good interpersonal skills
A PMP Certification with Experience with Agile / Lean Methodologies is a plus.
The basis is your Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
You are fluent in English, knowing German will be added advantage
You have a consistent track record and proven ability in Project Management for Embedded Software/Hardware development with experience of 10 to 15 years.
You are willing to travel and open to working with international teams
You are characterized by your structured, independent and transparent way of working as well as your goal-oriented and appropriate communication
