The successful candidate will be RIAI or RIBA registered and will take part in all project stages, from concept development to construction. Working closely with architects and site teams, they will create technical drawings, ensure regulatory compliance, manage documentation, and assist with feasibility and submission processes.
Ideal applicants possess strong design and graphic abilities, a solid technical background, and experience delivering projects in Ireland. Experience in sectors such as aviation, industrial, education, transportation or judicial projects is advantageous, as is proficiency with Revit and familiarity with current building legislation, IE Standards and the Building Regulations.
