Penske’s Logistics Trainee Program is a management trainee experience designed for individuals interested in supply chain, logistics operations, and leadership development, offering hands‑on training across multiple logistics functions and preparing you for future leadership roles within Penske Logistics.

The comprehensive training equips you with skills for selection, loading/unloading trailers, cross‑docking, and customer service operations, ensuring alignment with company services and cost objectives. You’ll learn to plan work assignments, use warehouse equipment effectively, and upon graduation be prepared to lead a small group of hourly associates in a distribution center management operation.

• Hold an undergraduate degree.
• Demonstrate leadership experience in school, community, or military.
• Be legally authorized to work in the USA (no visa sponsorship).
• Able to commute daily to the assigned city/state; relocation possible after completion.

Penske offers a competitive wage of $25.00 per hour, averaging $55,000 annually including overtime, along with a comprehensive benefits plan covering medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, 401(k) eligibility after 90 days, and an associate referral program. Additional associate discounts and growth opportunities are also provided.

• Program runs 9–12 months, starting on the first of the month.
