Provide extended services such as forward buy for pricing adjustments and order splitting.
Monitor inventory levels, analyze suggested stocking reports, stock out reports, and adjust replenishment variables as needed.
Prepare and distribute post-launch summary reports, monthly performance reports, and other VMI account reporting.
Participate in professional development and ongoing education to stay current with industry best practices.
Build and route automated returns worksheets/reports to trading partners.
Respond to alerts, distinguishing between routine notifications and critical issues.
Oversee day-to-day VMI account processes, including order point management, order building, review, and launches.
Facilitate onboarding for new VMI customers and branches, as well as assist with trading partner set-up and data clean-up.
Address seasonality requirements, including incremental bump orders and adjustments for accelerators/decelerators.
Manage the return process, including recommended return reports and returns automation.
