Support functions with self-service data and insights.
Serve as the main point of contact for regional representatives and manage system escalations.
Oversee data upload quality control and ensure accurate documentation on SharePoint.
Monitor and maintain governance processes, including access controls and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Prepare and set up the engagement survey system, including scheduling, question design, language accuracy, and attribute management.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain governance, compliance, and data privacy throughout the survey lifecycle.
Support the continuous improvement of the employee listening strategy.
Deliver accurate and timely reporting and insights to stakeholders.
Input engagement survey data into internal and external reporting.
