- Draft addendums and subcontracts, utilizing Procore templates and pulling over relevant attachments
- Upload project documents, including drawings and Statements of Work, to Building Connected
- Oversee subcontractor prequalification, ensuring all required documentation is complete and up to date
- Manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), including coordinating signatures with legal and uploading completed agreements to Building Connected
- Maintain communication with subcontractors to ensure timely responses and coordination
- Organize procurement-related events, including team-building activities and seasonal events
