Just Mortgages is seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser for its Maidstone office. Candidates must hold a CeMAP qualification or an industry‑equivalent and have prior experience in mortgage and protection advising.

The role offers on‑target earnings of £40,000‑£60,000+ per year, a basic salary between £22,000 and £28,000 (depending on experience), and a fully uncapped commission scheme. New advisers receive guaranteed monthly payments for up to six months while building a pipeline, as well as a company car or £250 monthly car allowance, a company laptop, a bespoke digital marketing package, and dedicated training and coaching. A clear career path and a 24/7 employee assistance programme support ongoing development.
Working hours are full‑time and office‑based, Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00, with alternate Saturdays 09:00‑17:00 and a day off in lieu for Saturday work.
