Conduct regular jobsite visits to review work quality, safety compliance, and crew performance.
Oversee all underground crews, foremen, and daily field activities across multiple job sites.
Support Foremen and Leadmen in problem-solving, coordination, and decision-making.
Serve as a direct extension of the Underground Department—reporting on progress, productivity, and field challenges.
