You will use our proprietary T3 platform and mobile devices to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and quickly diagnose issues across hundreds of makes and models. The role requires independent judgment to service complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems, practice safe job procedures, document work electronically, assist with equipment and parts logistics, and mentor lower‑level technicians.
- Use laptops/tablets and the T3 platform to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues.
- Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment.
- Practice safe job practices and adhere to OSHA requirements.
- Document work performed electronically and maintain paperwork daily.
- Assist with equipment and parts pick‑up/delivery and train lower‑level technicians as needed.

The position is based at our rental facility in Albuquerque, NM, and offers a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime pay after 40 hours and occasional weekend on‑call in special circumstances. As a shop technician you will maintain and repair a variety of customer‑owned and company‑owned heavy equipment and aerial lifts, working with the newest fleet in the industry.
