This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Team Leader role, managing a team of five engineers while continuing to deliver hands-on water hygiene services on client sites nationwide.
- Water sampling (Legionella, Pseudomonas, chemical)
- Liaise with clients and office teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Carry out and supervise water hygiene tasks including:
- Travel to client sites across the UK (door-to-door travel paid).
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent service and ensuring all reporting is completed.
- Lead a team of 5 engineers, carrying out monthly one-to-one meetings and attending team leader sessions at head office.
- Oversee water hygiene PPM and remedial work contracts, ensuring KPIs and procedures are achieved.
- Update logbooks and internal reporting software.

- In-depth knowledge of water systems and Legionella bacteria.
- 2+ years’ healthcare water hygiene experience.
- At least 1 year’s experience in healthcare water hygiene or 3 years in other sectors.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (grade C or above).
- NVQ Level 3 Plumbing.
1–2 nights away per month
