- Offload finished product and transport to WIP racks.
- Stage pressing panels in rough saw area (two rows, two deep) for a total of eight.
- Inspect pressed bundles for debris before lift‑truck operation.
- Place packaging materials in designated locations.
- Locate material in shop‑floor system and place on line.
- Empty dumpsters and load baseboards for stacker.
- Package pallets of wood product, adding straps and fiber edge protectors as required.
- Follow specific order instructions and meet quality standards.
- Keep machines and work area clean and dust‑free.
- Dispose of broken pallets and broken bolsters.
- Count and chip half/full panels in Rough Saw area as needed.
- Return lift trucks to charger during breaks and plug in at shift end.
- Remove top cover boards from bundles at end of shift.
- Stack materials only in designated areas, keeping walls clear.
- Ensure boards are not leaned on fence and are issued to the correct line.
- For styles 0299W and 0300W, notify LTO via Profiler, move carts/pallet racks, and inspect bottom boards.
- Return empty pressing bottom boards to the bottom‑board squeezer.
- Climb stairs multiple times per shift.
- Meet production stress and goal requirements.
