Serve as the primary liaison to Project Managers and coordinate directly with other staff as needed to resolve issues in bid, award, contracting and close out processes.
Act as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and project teams.
Respond to inquiries from Project Managers and contractors.
Process and maintain project files in accordance with project document procedures.

Three (3) years of experience must be in a managerial or supervisory capacity
Three (3) years of experience must be in an administrative role with a construction consultant or contractor.
Five (5) years total of full time experience in project management, design, operations, and/or administration function within an architectural, construction, and/or MEP engineering field.
Prior experience in contracts, procurement, and compliance for public projects.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
An understanding of the construction process and coordination in the industry.
