- Represent the company as a trusted expert in water hygiene and treatment.
- Support the wider sales team with technical education and upselling strategies.
- Manage and grow client accounts across the Midlands and North regions.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and act as the primary contact for new business.
- Identify target markets and generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure accurate service delivery and train technicians in water chemistry analysis.
- Deliver onsite water chemistry analysis for cooling towers, steam boilers, process water systems, pre-treatment, and water softeners.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and report on business development activities.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, negotiate service agreements, and close deals.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and time management tools.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in water treatment systems (steam, cooling, pre-treatment, softeners).
- Strong understanding of industrial water treatment processes and technical applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable with a results-driven mindset.
- Certified in Legionella awareness and control; recognised Legionella qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, IOSH) is desirable.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
