Familiarity with public sector compensation and benefits regulations.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on compensation, benefits, and HRIS; public sector experience preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Workday HRIS required.
Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within deadlines.
