The Role

Overview

Oversee architectural projects end‑to‑end, handling contracts, schedules, budgets, and quality.

Tasks

-Communicate with the client any potential concerns or project delays -Attend all necessary trade coordination meetings and communicate with the project team any pertinent information associated with the specific discipline -Submit all close out documentation in a timely manner -To be the primary point of contact for any appointed projects and manage all aspects from start to finish -Review of all contracts, specifications, addendums, drawings and correspondence to be able to efficiently plan and execute the project’s scope of work and communicate with production Superintendents and Site Foremen -Upon approvals of any changes complete all submittals in a timely manner and ensure all purchase requirements are supplied to the Purchasing Department -Provide timely invoice information on a monthly basis depending on project invoice deadlines -Submit any clarifications or RFI’s pertaining to any concerns of the aforementioned documentation -Price any and all changes in the scope of work and follow up on the receipt of approved Change Orders prior to proceeding with the work -Report to the Project Director as required for issues, potential concerns, project updates, etc -Protect the firm by ensuring any or all key discussions are documented in writing wherever required. Track and be aware of all costs associated with the project -Ensure assigned Project Coordinators are tasked with work -Coordinate and communicate all the scheduling for the projects in house with all Departments -Ensure work is done with quality and within the contract requirements -Prepare and complete monthly Schedule of Values (S of V) on each project where required -Assess and provide 2-year financials lookaheads on a monthly-basis
