Collaborate with chipset vendors (e.g., Broadcom, MXL, MediaTek, Qualcomm) to optimize performance and resolve issues.
Work closely with hardware, QA, and network engineers to ensure seamless product integration and validation.
Define and drive the end-to-end architecture of Wi-Fi subsystems, including MAC/PHY integration, drivers, networking stack, and interface with application layers.
Evaluate and integrate next-gen Wi-Fi standards (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7) and emerging technologies (OFDMA, MU-MIMO, mesh, Easy Mesh, WPA3, etc.).

15 years of experience in embedded software or network stack development, with 5+ years focused on Wi-Fi.
Own Wi-Fi driver and firmware development for embedded platforms (Linux/OpenWRT/RTOS).
Deep understanding of IEEE 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be) and Wi-Fi Alliance certifications.
Proven experience leading engineering teams or acting as a system architect.
Integration with chipsets (MXL, Qualcomm, Broadcom, Mediatek, etc.).
Embedded Linux / OpenWRT / SDK-based Wi-Fi stacks.
