- Design, deploy, and manage functional networks (LAN, WLAN, SDWAN, Firewalls).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Manage and optimize in-house and cloud-based networks in Azure and Alibaba Cloud.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks.
- Develop and implement network security protocols to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Monitor network performance and ensure optimal speed and functionality.
- Plan for and respond to service outages and other network problems.
- Configure, install and manage various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS).
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.

- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CCNP) is preferred.
- Solid understanding of network operating systems (e.g. Cisco IOS).
- 5+ years’ relevant experience working in a technical support capacity.
- Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools (e.g., SolarWinds network tools).
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or Network Administrator.
- Knowledge of coding languages for scripting (e.g., Python, Perl) is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with access control models and network security.
- Knowledge of VMware and Operating System (Windows Server 2019, 2022, etc) is a plus
- Ability to be in office 4 days a week.
- In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF).
