The Leasing Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals by handling all leasing activities, ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and securing lease renewals.
Key duties include conducting tours, processing applications and background checks, inspecting units for move‑in readiness, developing and executing marketing plans to drive traffic, using property‑management software to track availability and resident data, maintaining show‑unit standards, following up with prospects and new residents, managing lease renewal packages, and promptly addressing resident and owner concerns.
The position requires all state and local licenses or certifications, a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property, and the physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb (or 50 lb with assistance), and work in all weather conditions. Flexible scheduling may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and on‑call duties.
Compensation includes a base salary plus eligibility for quarterly or annual bonus programs.
